Handcrafted just like our Bone-in Ham, our Whole Boneless Pit Style Ham is tender and savory and has a mild old world flavor that is guaranteed to please. We trim, cure, age, and smoke our boneless hams with the same expertise that we do our bone-in hams, but before the traditional aging and curing, our artisan meat cutters skillfully remove the bone from the ham so it’s easy to serve.
